At CASEVYN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

The item is unused and in its original condition
The item is in its original packaging
You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)

Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items purchased on sale or with a discount code (unless defective)
Items returned after the 30-day window
Items without original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us through our Contact page with the following information:

Your order number
The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions. Please do not send items back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or model, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately through our Contact page with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
